South Jersey radio personality (& Soul Patroller) Tim Marshall is producing his annual TKM benefit show, and donating part of the proceeds to the Damon Harris Prostate Cancer Foundation. Harris, a former member of the Motown group Temptations, took the place of Eddie Kendricks In 1971, and was the premier falsetto in the 1972 mega hit 'Papa Was A Rolling Stone'.
Tim Marshall is the executive director of TKM Productions and a personality for radio station WBZC-FM In South Jersey. Marshall plans an annual program every year Independent of the radio station, and donates the proceeds to various worthy organizations. Harris' foundation is the recipient to the funds this year. Harris who was diagnosed a few' years ago as to having Prostate Cancer, has been a spokesmen for the Prostate Cancer Foundation, and has given lectures to others on the issue.
